Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to Brella Bubbles, so we will gladly cancel, refund, or replace your purchase as outlined below. Please understand that if your request does not adhere to the following requirements, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Regular Stock Items
This following section applies to orders of products we normally carry for which you did not request any customization or personalization.
- Cancellation
- If you have a Brella Bubbles account, you may cancel your order at any time before shipment occurs for a refund of your purchase amount less 3.5% payment processing fees.

- Returns
- You may receive a refund of your purchase amount less Brella Bubbles shipping costs and 3.5% payment processing fees if your return meets the following requirements:
- Order was placed using a Brella Bubbles account;
- Purchase date was within 30 days of return date;
- You provide a dated receipt or order confirmation;
- The item(s) is unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.

- You may receive a refund of your purchase amount less Brella Bubbles shipping costs and 3.5% payment processing fees if your return meets the following requirements:
- Replacements
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please accept our apologies. We will gladly send you a replacement as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Please note that replacements are subject to stock on hand and fulfillment will occur the same as the current order processing timeframe specified on our home page. To be eligible for a free replacement:
- Order must have been placed using a Brella Bubbles account;
- The item you received must have arrived damaged or defective.

Custom Order
This applies to an order for custom item(s) (anything we do not normally create) or the customization/personalization of a regular stock item.
- Cancellation
- If you have a Brella Bubbles account, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a refund of your purchase amount less 3.5% payment processing fees.
- Go to BrellaBubbles.com/my-account to sign in and request an order cancellation.
- If you have a Brella Bubbles account, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a refund of your purchase amount less 3.5% payment processing fees.
- Returns
- Due to the specific nature of custom items, we are unable to accept returns for any special item(s) we made to your specification or regular stock items that have been customized/personalized per your request.
- Replacements
- If any part of your custom order arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send a replacement for the damaged/defective item(s). To be eligible for a free replacement:
- Order must have been placed using a Brella Bubbles account;
- The item you received must have arrived damaged or defective.
- Email replacement@brellabubbles.com to request a product replacement. Request must include photo(s) of the damaged or defective item(s) and an description of the shortcoming(s).Please note that custom items will require new manufacturing, which could take several weeks depending on the product type and customization.
- If any part of your custom order arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send a replacement for the damaged/defective item(s). To be eligible for a free replacement:
Return Details
To process a Brella Bubbles return:
- Login to your account at BrellaBubbles.com/my-account;
- Navigate to ‘Order History;’
- Click ‘Return Items’ and follow the prompts;
- Mail the unopened and undamaged product back in its original packaging with a dated copy of the receipt or order confirmation email to Brella Bubbles Returns, 131 Glacial High Ct, Eureka, MT 59917;
- We recommend using a trackable shipping option to return your item(s) and shipment insurance if your return values over $75. Brella Bubbles assumes no responsibility for a shipping carrier’s inability to deliver your package.
- You are responsible for paying your return shipping costs.
- We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you if your return has been approved or rejected.
- If your return was approved, your refund will be processed by Brella Bubbles within three (3) business days.
- Your refund is automatically applied as a credit to your original method of payment. We cannot refund to a different payment method, so please do not ask.
- If your return was approved, your refund will be processed by Brella Bubbles within three (3) business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, please check to see if we have sent you an email accepting or rejecting your return.
- If we accepted your return, please check your payment method again for a credit.
- Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@brellabubbles.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
